Re: Proposed Zone Change and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for properties located at 15900, 15908 R., and 15910 Shelbyville Road, and two properties without addresses
Dear Case Manager:
We are herewith filing a zone change from R-4 to C-2 and a CUP under section 4.2.35 to allow a self-storage facility on the above referenced property.
The applicant is proposing to build nine, 1-story self-storage buildings with 735 units. The development will also include a 1,600 sf office. We are in the process of scheduling the neighborhood meeting. Once we have finalized details, we will notify you of same.
