Call for Applications to improve access, education, and equity in Louisville’s food system.

The Center for Health Equity (CHE) at the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is inviting organizations to apply for funding to improve access, education, and equity in Louisville’s food system.  

A total of up to $500,000 is available which will be awarded to multiple organizations, with award amounts varying depending on the pool of proposals submitted. Applications that are selected will be awarded grant funding according to the proposed budget within their application.  

Applicants are invited to submit their application online 

The deadline to submit proposals is June 5, 2022.   

CHE expects to announce the winning proposals by the end of June.
