In accordance with procedures of Jeffersontown Permitting and Planning, Land Design & Development, Inc. is hosting a public meeting for adjoining property owners and neighborhood group representatives to discuss a proposal to add a drive-thru lane for a proposed coffeeshop to be located in the existing building at 10203 Taylorsville Road.
Please see the aerial image below of the parcel outlined in orange. This will be an informal meeting to give you the opportunity to review the proposed plan and discuss the proposal with the developer and their representative. This meeting will be held in addition to the established public hearing procedures of the Jeffersontown Board of Adjustment. The proposed drive thru will require a Conditional Use Permit approval from Jeffersontown Board of Adjustment.
The Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the development proposal will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 6:00pm at 10207 Taylorsville Road (inside the lobby of iDrive Financial auto dealership).
At this meeting the property owner and a representative from Land Design and Development, Inc. will explain the proposal and discuss any concerns you may have. The purpose of this meeting is to increase your understanding of this proposal early in the process.
