Louisville Metro Government sent this bulletin at 10/04/2021 03:14 PM EDTLouisville Metro Government is looking for residential contractors to work on Landbank houses, preparing them for owner-occupants. If you have experience in residential construction, especially in our western neighborhoods, please check out the Request for Qualifications at the link listed below! The RFQ responses will be used to create a list of qualified contractors that will then be able to bid on up to 8 houses per year.
