Louisville Metro Office of Resilience and Community Services, in partnership with the Neighborhood Place network, is proud to once again offer Eviction Prevention/Rental Assistance for households financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eligibility includes:
- Jefferson County residency
- Owe rent related to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Household income up to 80% AMI (Area Median Income) within the previous 60 days
Additional criteria includes:
- Be a renter legally residing in Jefferson County
- Have a legally binding lease that covers the assistance period, and
- Demonstrate household has been financially impacted by COVID-19.
