Absentee drop-off boxs are available at the Jefferson County Clerk Election Center located at 701 W. Ormsby, the Kentucky Exposition Center, KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for African American Heritage and the Louisville Marriott East. Drop-off boxes will be available at all voting locations on Election Day until 6:00 p.m.

TARC Offers Fare-Free “Ride to Vote” Service on Election Day
LOUISVILLE, KY. (October 16, 2020) —TARC and TARC3 will offer Fare-Free service along regular routes on Election Day, November 3, 2020, to help the community get to polling locations and vote. Passengers must adhere to COVID-19 guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing. “Transportation cost should not be a barrier to voting,” said Carrie Butler, TARC’s Executive Director. “We work every day to bridge gaps between our communities. Offering free Election Day service system-wide helps to ensure inclusive access to the polls.” Fare-free service will be offered along all TARC routes—including TARC3, helping customers get to and from polling locations. Click here to see the specific TARC routes serving voting locations in Jefferson (KY), Clark (IN), and Floyd (IN) counties. TARC will also offer a dedicated shuttle from Union Station (1000 W. Broadway) every 30 minutes (beginning at 6 AM) to the Fair & Expo Center voting location.
