IN THIS ISSUE...
The Beechmont Pocket Park Stroll & Strum event is on Saturday, October 10th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Stroll & Strum is a free timed-ticketed, walk-through musical experience at three locations including the Woodlawn Gazebo, Bellevue Park, and Cliff Park. Two-member bands will be playing outdoor friendly music at each location. Attendees will experience the beauty of the park and the music. The walking route through the three locations is 0.8 miles.

Tickets must be reserved in advance online through Eventbrite as there is a limited number of spaces and time-slots available!

- Social distancing and facemask requirements will be enforced in accordance with Governor Andy Beshear’s guidelines.
- Attendees will be spread out on a walking route between three park locations.
- No more than 10 people will be at a single location at any given time.
- Each attendee will be assigned a specific starting location based on their ticket.
- Music will be timed to play for 10 minutes at each location then break for the next 10 minutes to allow for attendees to walk to the next park for the next set of music.
- Attendees are encouraged to walk through each location and remain 6 feet apart.
Volunteers do not need a ticket, but please email rachel.roarx@louisvilleky.gov or call 502-574-1121 to confirm placement.
Volunteers will be assigned to one of the three locations to:
- Check tickets before attendees enter
- Maintain the walking flow and move groups along every ten minutes
- Enforce social distancing, mask requirements, and crowd size limits
- Help with clean up post event including a litter pick up and breaking down any canopy tents or tables
