Want to stay current on land use cases in the district and throughout Louisville? Metro Planning & Design Services prepares a report every week that shows where these types of requests are in the planning process. The report includes a wide variety of proposals, from conditional use permits and sign permits to changes in zoning. Each one is shown with its case number, the project name and address, the case manager, a brief description of the project, and other relevant information. I keep an updated link to the report on the District 17 web page. If you are interested in land use in Louisville, this could be a great resource for you.
