You are invited to attend a review of a Revised Detailed District Development Plan to construct an office and warehouse facility with Waivers.
The detailed district development plan for a new 22,675 sf industrial facility with office space on 3.298 acres in the PEC zoning district.
Two waivers are being requested. The first is a landscape waiver to allow a sewer and drainage easement to encroach more than 50% into the required parkway buffer along Blankenbaker Pkwy. The second waiver is to allow vehicle maneuvering to encroach into a portion of the required 50 foot landscape buffer area.
