19ZONE0016 LDT

Background on Case # 19ZONE0016

At the November 4th public hearing regarding Case # 19ZONE0016, the Planning Commissioners decided to "continue the case to a date uncertain" after the applicant's representative, Kevin Young with LD&D, presented a new plan eliminating the Stony Brook Drive access in order to accommodate a new access point from Watterson Trail. The commissioners continued the case to allow for Public Works and other agencies to review the new plans for things like sight distance. Once agencies submit their comments, the case will go before the December 12th LD&T committee where a new evening public hearing will be scheduled.

Below is a picture of the new plan the applicant shared at the 1st public hearing.

The parcels are located in the City of Jeffersontown so J-town will take final action.
