Lighting coming soon to 15th Street Underpass

Last week, sadly, a citizen drowned in the underpass at 15th and Hill during a heavy rain fall.  In this year's budget I was able to allocate funds to add lighting to this dangerous underpass. The work is scheduled to be completed in the new year.
