Saving Sunny

Our community partner Saving Sunny has a FREE Community Dog Resource Center (CDRC). Metro Animal Services attends the CDRC to make ID tags, while Saving Sunny provides pet food, spay/neuter sign up, and other services. The CDRC is held the last Saturday of every month at the Beechmont Community Center.

Abandoned vehicles & illegal parking could cost you!

  • Parking of vehicles must be on a hard durable surface.
  • Vehicles may not be parked in your front or side yard unless on a durable surface.
  • Vehicles should NEVER be parked on a sidewalk. 
  • Heavy trucks are prohibited from parking in residentially zoned areas

  • Join Olmsted Parks Conservancy on Saturday, March 9 from 10 am to 12 pm in Iroquois Park to help restore this scenic reservation by removing invasive plants and cleaning up our urban park woodlands. Other projects might include weeding in landscaped areas, mulching or painting. Please dress for the weather with appropriate footwear. Tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided.
