Passport Health Plan Proudly Serves All of Kentucky
Passport Health Plan has been
working for more than 21 years to improve the health and quality of life of our
members throughout Kentucky.
Earlier this year, we officially
broke new ground on a Health and Well-Being Campus in West Louisville.
Construction is coming along nicely at the site along West Broadway between 18th
and 22nd streets, and we’re on target to open the new headquarters
in 2020.
While we are focused on many
exciting projects and are positioned for changes to healthcare ahead, one thing
remains steadfast – our loyalty and commitment to putting the needs of our
members and communities first. As Kentucky’s only provider-sponsored, community-based
Medicaid managed care organization, we feel privileged to have the opportunity
every day to collaborate with our compassionate network of providers, community
advocates, friends, and neighbors across the Commonwealth.
Passport is proud to once again be
gold sponsor of WorldFest, which helps recognize the diverse community in which
we live, work, and play. Louisville is known for having a vibrant mix of people
representing different backgrounds and cultures. Together with our community
partners and healthcare providers, we can help all Kentuckians live healthier,
happier lives.
