Subway's Fresh Fit Hike, Bike & Paddle returns for Labor Day family fun and fitness

For more than 14 years, Subway has been committed to supporting one of our favorite free bi-annual community wellness events, the Subway Fresh Fit Hike, Bike & Paddle! Subway Territory Manager Kelly Farley (pictured above) said the restaurant chain couldn’t have been a better match as a major sponsor for the event. “This is something our company really promotes – healthy active lifestyles because we serve fresh, healthy food. Being involved in a family-friendly event is important to our local community and to franchisees as well. I feel like this event brings everybody together – no matter who they are, they can be a part," she said.

Join us on Labor Day, Monday, September 3 for the 28th Subway Fresh Fit Hike, Bike & Paddle! The event starts at 8 a.m. on the Great Lawn at Waterfront Park. Attendees can enjoy music, fitness demonstrations and giveaways before they take off by foot, bike or kayak at 10 a.m. Find routes, tips and more information online.
