On Memorial Day We Remember 

‪I would like to invite you to join me in District 7 this Memorial Day for the annual enshrinement ceremony at the Patriots Peace Memorial. The annual remembrance ceremony begins at noon on Monday, May 28 Memorial Day. 

This memorial is dedicated to the memory of those United States Military personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty, under conditions other than those of declared hostile action.

Memorial Day
District 7 Dialogue

Councilwoman Leet will host a District 7 Dialogue by inviting residents to learn more about what is going with programs and projects in the district.

The District 7 Dialogue will take place at the Thomas Jefferson Unitarian Church, 4936 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40222 and will begin at 6:30 p.m


This year Councilwoman Leet has partnered with the Louisville Metro Police Department to provide a Drug Take back program as well St. Matthews Community Pharmacy, which will have associates on hand to provide anyone with commercial insurance a Hepatitis A Vaccine. We will also be joined by various Louisville Metro Agencies and local utility representatives.

Memorial Day weekend marks the unofficial start to summer, and many Americans will celebrate with cookouts, camping, road trips, and other activities. Below are some safety tips to keep in mind as you start enjoying the summer months!
