James brings Metro Government to our neighbors in the Parkhill area during a “Community
Conversation” on Tuesday, September 19th.
“Connecting the people of District 6 with Metro Government enables them to raise concerns and address vital issues,” says James. “These conversations hopefully will
make it easier for the many people who have a difficult time taking off from work
to travel to a department or agency if they have a problem.”
This month's “Community Conversation” will be held at the Parkhill Community Center, 1703
South Thirteenth Street, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Joining
Councilman James will be representatives from Metro Public Works, Codes and
Regulations, Harm Reduction, MSD, and LMPD, who will be on hand to share
information about their departments and agencies, how they work, and what they
are working on in our community.
“Come talk to me about an issue and come find
out what’s going on in the district,” says James.
