Unlike traditional financing, EPAD can provide for 100% of an energy project’s cost and is repaid by participating property owners with a voluntary assessment administered by the Jefferson County Sheriff in the same manner as a property tax bill. This educational session will explain the intricacies of the program, including how to apply, eligibility requirements, the payment structure and annual reporting requirements.
Panelists:
- Gill Holland, Property Developer and Film Producer
