Greetings One Love Louisville supporters and friends!

This month’s issue is dedicated to National Suicide Prevention Week, "Preventing Suicide: Reaching Out and Saving Lives". According to local data, 431 Louisville residents lost their lives as a result of suicide between 2009-2013. This is unacceptable - One life lost to suicide is too many.  #1LoveLou aims to decrease suicides by increasing awareness of prevention strategies, targeting resources and working with a multitude of groups and individuals to create a city-wide suicide prevention strategy. To learn more about National Suicide Prevention Week, click here. Sincerely,

Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods Team
