Councilman David James, along with a few other Council Members were recognized at the Metro Council meeting on June 25th for their courageous participation in the Firefighter Training For A Day.
During this training, Council Members were suited in actual fire fighting gear and put to the test for their courage and endurance. This test allowed the council to see what it takes to be a firefighter on a day to day bases. A job that is a lot harder and strenuous than one could truly imagine. This training also allowed Council Members to see just how heavy the gear really is.
This award was given by the dedicated Fire Personnel that serve and protect us every day.
Congratulations Councilman David James. Job Well Done!
