Regarding Proposed Amendments to 803 KAR 25:240

 

A public hearing will be held at the Department of Workers’ Claims on October 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to receive comment regarding proposed amendments to the Workers’ Compensation Unfair Claims Settlement Practices regulation, 803 KAR 25:240. The meeting will be conducted by live videoconference (ZOOM) pursuant to Senate Bill 150, Section 1, subparagraph (8) b, (2020) and the continuing state of emergency.  Public access to the meeting will be available through the following link and password:

In keeping with KRS 13A.270, individuals interested in attending or being heard at this hearing shall notify this agency in writing of their intent to attend no later than five (5) workdays prior to the hearing.  If no notification of intent to attend the hearing is received by that date, the hearing may be cancelled.  Written comments may be submitted to the agency until 11:59 p.m., October 31, 2020.  Notice of intent to attend the hearing or written comments shall be sent to:
