Kentucky Workers' Compensation Funding Commission Board of Directors to meet Monday for Special Meeting
FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 5, 2020) - A special meeting of Kentucky Workers Compensation Funding Commission’s Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday March 9, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Commission’s office located at 42 Mill Creek Park, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss issuing RFPs for Audit and Actuary and to conduct an Executive Session under KRS 61.810 (1) (c), (f) and (j) to discuss ongoing litigation, personnel matters, and penalty waivers.
