Viewing Document Issue

in LMS

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Monday, December 18, 2017) - Technical difficulties currently being experienced by the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) are affecting some LMS viewing functions.  The primary effect of this issue is that users are not able to access/view documents filed before 10/1/2016.  Users ARE able to submit documents into LMS.

COT is working to remedy the situation, until then, the LMS application will have limited search and retrieval capabilities.  The limited capabilities will be in place until a new content crawl is completed, which takes approximately 15 hours and will be kicked off at around 3 PM today.  During this time,  we anticipate that users will still be able to submit documents to the system, but may experience slowness and or lag time.  Please plan accordingly.

We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve this system in order to deliver a better user experience.
