DOCJT’s FINAL Offering of Emergency Vehicle Operation Training for Officers to meet the statutory KLEFPF compliance deadline of December 31, 2022

Attention agency leadership and training directors,
KRS 15.440 requires all peace officers in Kentucky to successfully complete a training course in emergency vehicle operations by December 31, 2022, and every two (2) years thereafter to qualify for KLEFPF. DOCJT has added two additional emergency vehicle operations courses to the scheduling calendar to allow officers an opportunity to complete the mandated training by the deadline.
For any Kentucky peace officer who has not yet completed this course, you must arrange registration for one of the two dates listed below to remain qualified for KLEFPF.
Officers may enroll in Acadis. These classes will be the final DOCJT training courses in emergency vehicle operations offered this year.
