Please Register as a New User
The Kentucky Department of Revenue MyTaxes portal launched today, March 14.
Taxpayers who exclusively file a Simplified Electronic Return (SER) may need to register for a MyTaxes Account.
If you did not previously submit returns via Kentucky Business OneStop (KYBOS) and have not received your login credentials for the MyTaxes portal, you will need to register as a new user and associate (link) your applicable businesses before submitting your SER.
Please follow these steps to complete your registration and gain access:

Visit MyTaxes.ky.gov and create an account. How to Create An Account

Once registration is successful, sign in to MyTaxes. Be sure to choose “Taxpayer” as your user role. How To Sign In

Call the Kentucky Department of Revenue Customer Contact Center at (502) 764-5555 with your registered Business Name and Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) ID. They will assist you with requesting a PIN letter.
