Pick of the Litter
Abra (AO29974)
ABRA, or Abrie as his shelter friends call him, is such a fun boy. He came to the shelter scared and unsure of what was going on but he has blossomed into a playful and loving boy. Abra is good with other dogs and he loves to romp and roll in the play yard - his zoomies are so cute!! Abra gets so excited when it’s time to go for a walk cuz he loves a good adventure and he does so well on leash. He also likes to fetch toys and he'll bring them back to you and drop them. He's a real sweetheart!
Abra wasn’t shown love and care in his former life and has since tested positive for heartworms. But please don’t let this scare you away! We just need to get him into a home during his treatment. The cost for the heartworm treatment is completely covered. We can provide you with more info about his heartworm treatment if you are interested in adopting or fostering him (we’d love to find him a foster home!). Once his treatment plan is completed, Abra will be able to live a normal healthy life with no restrictions!
Abra is an adorable Pit Bull mix. He is 2 years old and he weighs 62 lbs.
