Question
According to the Kansas Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations, are each of the following statements about reporting of information true or false?
- Licensees must notify the Commission of a change in the licensee’s e-mail address on file with the Commission within 10 days of the change.
- A licensee arrested for any misdemeanor or felony must notify their supervising broker and the Commission within 10 days of the arrest.
- A licensee must report to the Commission any suspension of a professional or occupational license within 10 days.

True. A licensee must notify the Commission of a change in the licensee’s e-mail address on file with the Commission within 10 days of the change. K.A.R. 86-3-15(a)(6).

Licensees must report to the Commission any charge of, arrest or indictment for, plea of guilty or nolo contendere to, or conviction of any misdemeanor or any felony within 10 days of the occurrence. Also, within 10 days of the occurrence, the licensee must notify their supervising broker. K.A.R. 86-3-15(a)(3) and K.A.R. 86-3-15(d).

True. The denial, suspension, revocation, voluntary surrender, or any other action taken against a professional or occupational license held by a licensee must be reported to the Commission within 10 days. K.A.R. 86-3-15(a)(9).
