Newton Fire/EMS vehicles, including the aerial platform, at Taste of Newton
Taste of Newton
Newton's biggest festival, Taste of Newton, is a showcase of our community's outstanding food trucks, restaurants, nonprofits, and performing arts. It's also a massive undertaking for the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce, many volunteers, and the City departments that help make it happen.
Newton Police, Fire/EMS, and Choose Newton participated in the event Thursday night, and Street, Sanitation and Park staff did a lot of prep work and cleanup. That includes significant traffic control, welcome flags, picnic tables and trash containers, etc. Thanks to everyone who helped create this wonderful community event!
