COWLEY COUNTY – The Winfield Police Department reported to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) that Stuart Jarrett was located by the Kiowa County Sheriff's Office. He is now safe.

Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing Winfield man
COWLEY COUNTY – The Winfield Police Department requested the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) issue a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Winfield man.
The whereabouts of 69-year-old Stuart Jarrett are unknown, and the public's assistance is requested to help locate him.
Jarrett has not been seen since Tuesday, around 2:40 p.m. He is likely driving a gray 2013 Ford Edge bearing Kansas tag 4241AES.
Jarrett is a white male who is around 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. He has blue eyes and white hair.
Jarrett has dementia, and family members are concerned about his safety.
