Early Booth Registration ends June 1st
The Kansas Safety and Health Conference is the one and only conference in Kansas to offer attendees a well-rounded training experience. We offer attendees the chance to increase their learning potential and fulfil their CEU obligations.
This conference is a chance for you to display your merchandise to employers throughout Kansas that are concerned about the safety and health of their employees. The conference runs October 14th - 17th, with the vendors showcasing on October 14th & 15th.
You will have several opportunities to network with attendees - additional times have been added this year. Each day we serve breakfast and breaks in the vendor area for more exposure. Tuesday evening, October 14th, will be the vendor reception. This is time set aside for you to spend one-on-one time with those in attendance. We will have a game night and have drawings for door prizes at the reception.
The theme this year is "Decades of Safety". We would like the vendors to decorate their booths in a different decade(s) from 1950 - 2025. The attendees will vote on the best decorated booth and the winner will receive a free booth space at the 2026 conference.
Our vendor liaison, Tami Hadley (iSi Environmental) will contact you at a later date on donations for the prizes. You will receive an email upon payment of your booth with sponsorship opportunities. We have several levels to choice from. This is a good way to promote your company.
