Nirsevimab (Beyfortus) and clesrovimab (Enflonsia) are now available to order through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program for the upcoming RSV season. Administration is recommended from October through March, and early ordering helps ensure providers have product available when the season begins.
RSV products can be included in regular VFC orders submitted from the 1st through the 7th of each month. If you were unable to include RSV products in this month’s order and would like to place an order, please email KDHE.Vaccine@ks.gov to have an order opened.
Nirsevimab and clesrovimab are currently under CDC allocation, so providers may receive partial shipments based on available supply and quantities requested. Additional doses will be shipped as product becomes available until the order is fulfilled. To prevent delays with routine vaccine orders, allocated RSV products will be removed from routine orders and shipped separately.

The Kansas Immunization Program (KIP) has begun receiving its allocation of 2026-2027 seasonal influenza vaccine. The KIP will begin fulfilling partial vaccine orders the week of August 24th. Providers should expect additional shipments as more vaccine becomes available.
The dates below are estimated dates vaccine will arrive at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) centralized distributor, McKesson. Please note there is generally a delay between when vaccine arrives at the distributor and when it becomes available for KIP to order and ship to providers.
Providers with large orders may be contacted prior to shipment to verify available storage capacity. Vaccine shipments will continue as additional doses become available until all orders are fulfilled.

Immunize Kansas Coalition (IKC) is excited to release the second edition of its popular Vaccine Fears Overturned by Facts (VFOF) booklet, written by two former anti-vaccine mothers turned pro-vaccine advocates, Heather Simpson and Lydia Greene, co-founders of Back to the Vax.
