It is time for vendors in Group 1 to renew their contract. Group 1 WIC vendors are those located in the following counties:
Anderson, Barton, Cheyenne, Clark, Decatur, Dickinson, Douglas, Finney, Ford, Franklin, Geary, Gove, Graham, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Lane, Leavenworth, Linn, Logan, Marion, Meade, Morris, Morton, Ness, Norton, Pawnee, Rawlins, Rice, Rush, Scott, Seward, Sheridan, Sherman, Stafford, Stanton, Stevens, Thomas, Trego, Wallace, Wilson, Woodson, Wyandotte.
The local agency’s role in the contract renewal process for WIC vendors is to complete the following:
1: Complete Monitoring & Product Inventory

- Product Inventory Form: Here
- Minimum Stock Exemption Form (If Applicable): Here
2: Complete Interactive Training
3: Record all information in KWIC
4: Email a copy of the forms to State Agency
Local Agencies must also monitor at least 10% of their vendors not in their contract renewal year. No training is required for the 10%.
Important: Monitoring and training must be completed no later than August 1st.
The State Agency will be hosting an optional training for Local Agencies that provides guidance on their role in the contract renewal process. This training will be held March 18th at 10 am. To attend this training register here.
