We wanted to let you know about some important changes to our meetings and communications that we believe will benefit everyone.
New Monthly Meeting: Kansas WIC Update for Local Agencies
Our “Zoomin’ with WIC Coordinators” call will now be held every month and will be called “Kansas WIC Update for Local Agencies.” All local agency WIC staff are invited to join these meetings, not just coordinators.
The “Kansas WIC Update for Local Agencies” will usually be held on the first Monday of each month from noon 1 p.m. However, our next call will be on Monday, Sept. 9 because of Labor Day.

Changes to Monthly I-Memo
We’re also making changes to the monthly I-Memo. We’ll now send a Word document supplement with the recording and slide from the monthly call. This supplement will include information shared during the call with additional detail. This will help keep all the information in one place, making it easier for you to find what you need.
These changes are designed to keep everyone informed and make it easier to access important updates. By having regular update calls and providing detailed follow-up information, we hope to support you better in your work.
