Dear Providers,
As you are aware, tomorrow (Aug. 2) our updated regulations will become effective. Beforehand, we want to provide you with the updated regulations books for Family Child Care Homes and Child Centers and Preschools.
Additionally, we have held various Zoom training sessions to introduce the new regulations over the last month. This has enabled us to gather questions and feedback to create a document containing many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
These documents will soon be placed on our website for your convenience. We thank you for your continued support as we transition into a new era of child care for Kansas providers and families.
