Arrests Made in Daytime Shooting
ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich: On November 30, 2025, around 4:30 pm, deputies responded to the area of Stoney Creek Avenue NW and Lamoreaux Drive NW for reports of gunfire. Responding units learned a subject in the area was being chased by multiple individuals and was shot at several times but was not struck.
Detectives and patrol deputies located multiple involved individuals, recovered firearms, and documented property damage to nearby homes. Two individuals were arrested and lodged at the Kent County Correctional Facility on related charges. They are expected to be arraigned by the Kent County Prosecutor’s Office in the coming days. The investigation remains active.
