KCSO Investigating Overnight Fatal Crash
ADA TOWNSHIP, Mich: On 11/25/2025 at approximately 12:30 AM, Kent County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on Vergennes St SE near Pettis Ave SE. Arriving deputies found that a westbound vehicle continued through the Pettis Avenue intersection and struck a concrete barrier in a business parking lot.
The driver, a 23-year-old male from Kalamazoo, was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency responders. The incident remains under investigation by the Kent County Sheriff’s Office. Alcohol is suspected to be a factor at this stage of the investigation.
