Kent County Sheriff's Office Investigates Accidental Shooting
GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich: On January 25, 2024 around 11:55 AM, the Kent County Sheriff's Office investigated a shooting incident in the area of Eastern Ave and Woodfield Dr. A 22-year-old man from Tennessee was struck by a bullet and went to an area hospital for medical treatment. The injury is non-life threatening. This was determined to be an accidental shooting and all parties involved have been identified.
