KCSO Investigates Body Located in Woods
CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich: Just after 3:00 PM today, the KCSO received a request for a welfare check for a male in the 2900 Block of Kraft Ave SE. Information given explained that the male may be homeless and has been staying in the woods along Kraft Ave. When deputies went to look for him, they located the 37-year-old male deceased. Investigators are treating this as an unattended death and will be working with the Kent County Medical Examiner's Office to determine cause.
