KCSO Investigates Shooting in Gaines Township
GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich: Just before 2:30 PM the KCSO received multiple calls for shots fired in the area of 60th St & Kalamazoo Ave SE. Deputies arrived to find bullet casings in the area, but no persons were injured. Our initial investigation finds there was an exchange of gunfire between a white Jeep Cherokee and a Red KIA SUV while traveling eastbound on 60th St between Kalamazoo Ave & Campus Park Dr. The Red Kia has and its owners have been located. The white Jeep remains outstanding.
