Information Technology
Introducing Microsoft Learning Pathways – Quick-Start Training for Available Microsoft Products
As a Kent County employee, you have access to multiple Microsoft products with your Microsoft G3 License. In addition to business software staples like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Microsoft offers additional products crafted for collaboration, project management, and customer feedback. With this amount of productivity and collaborative power at your fingertips, it can be difficult for users to learn how to integrate the software into their daily work or departmental processes.
Microsoft Learning Pathways collects training materials from across Microsoft’s expansive online training resources and compiles them into accessible training playlists available directly on the Kent County Intranet. On-demand playlists are divided by scenario or product to get you to the content you are looking for as quickly as possible. Playlists combine written and video instruction related to available Microsoft products, allowing users to accelerate their learning and jump into using the software quickly.
If you are looking for in-depth Microsoft product training, check out the courses offered by United Training (in partnership with Kent County). For more information about United Training, please contact Tamber Bustance, Senior HR Specialist.
If you have any questions about the Kent County Intranet or Microsoft Learning Pathways, please contact Matt Mapes, Senior IT Business Analyst.
