Ordinance No. 28-2025
Ordinance No. 28-2025 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 40, Wastewater Treatment System, Of The West Lafayette City Code (Local Limits; Surcharge Rates) (Sponsored by Mayor) [No. of Readings 2 of 2]
This ordinance updates the local limits on pollutants to include some new parameters and to make most existing limits more stringent to protect both the treatment works and the Wabash. Additionally, it is updating the Rates of Surcharge to update the cost of additional treatment of TSS, BOD, and Ammonia.
This ordinance passed on its second and final reading.

To Amend Certain Portions Of The Unified Zoning Ordinance Of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, Designating The Time When The Same Shall Take Effect.
