Registration for the Summer Camp of 2024 will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, February 24th. Space is limited and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. This year, registration is all done online from the convenience of your home. Here are some tips to ensure a successful registration:
- Register your campers early to secure their spots
- Make sure you can log into your CivicRec account; Click on the Purple Camps and Childcare Tab
- If you need your password reset, call or stop by the Hub sooner rather than later
- Know the weeks you want ahead of registration
- Have a working credit card or bank card ready for the $20/week/camper deposit required to check out
- Add your credit card now to avoid having to type it in at checkout time
- Please print and review all the Summer Camp Instructions and FAQs found on our website! There is a printable cheat sheet with screenshots to help walk you through the steps as you go.

We will have additional staff available to assist you on Saturday. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to contact us at the John R. Dennis Wellness Center by calling us at 765.269.4950. We will not move campers around on the waiting list due to technical issues, so please make sure you have reviewed all the material.
We have informed CivicRec that we will be hosting camp registration. They will provide additional staff to supervise the server and will increase its capacity if necessary.
Last year, our member survey revealed that parents disliked the long registration lines for camp. As a result, we're trying something new. We appreciate your patience as we explore this new option 2024. We will ask for your feedback again in a few weeks so we can continue to serve our camp families best.
