The West Lafayette Police Department will be participating in the 2021 Subaru CASA for Kids Cycling Challenge August 7th and 8th. The Subaru CASA Cycling Challenge is an extreme cycling event that allows individuals and teams to test their endurance over a 24-hour period while raising funds for children in need. The event is the largest annual fundraising event for CASAs for Kids Fund, which supports court-appointed volunteers and facilitates opportunities for abused or neglected children in Tippecanoe County.
To help raise money for this event many WLPD Officers have donated money and will be growing facial hair during the month of July to help raise awareness of the Tippecanoe County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Program which helps to enrich the lives of abused and neglected children in our community.
If you would like to support our efforts in raising money for this great cause, please visit the link below to donate.
