VECTREN GAS RATE CASES
We are inviting written consumer comments on Vectren's natural gas rate requests. The OUCC's attorneys and technical experts are reviewing Vectren's proposals for its North and South gas utilities. OUCC testimony in the Vectren South (southwestern Indiana) case is due Feb. 19. We anticipate filing testimony on the Vectren North (central, north central, and southeastern Indiana) request on Mar. 31. Written consumer comments are invited by mail, email, and through our website.
ADDITIONAL CASE UPDATES
Closing briefs have been filed on Vectren's proposed solar energy tariff.
The IURC has approved the settlement agreement on IPL's energy efficiency plan.
The OUCC has filed recommendations in the Columbus water and Crawfordsville electric rate cases.
Georgetown's plan to buy the Lakeland Lagoon Sewer Corporation's assets in Floyd County has received Commission approval. The OUCC filed testimony supporting the acquisition.
