Raymond E Payne

A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Logansport Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Raymond E Payne, a 41 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 173 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Raymond is missing from Delphi, Indiana which is 63 miles northwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Monday, November 10, 2024, at 9:24am.  He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
