The Hartford City Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jasmine Marie Phillips, a 14-year-old Hispanic F, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 125 pounds, brown hair with hazel eyes, last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail, clear in color framed glasses, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and riding a dark blue mountain bicycle with teal color break levers.
Jasmine is missing from Hartford City, Indiana which is 81 miles northeast of Indianapolis and was last seen on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 7 pm. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
