Indiana State Police Seeking Public's Assistance in Locating Endangered Cass County Juvenile

This afternoon, Indiana State Police issued a Silver Alert for Bryson Muir, who is still considered missing and endangered. See link below.
Earlier today, Daniel and Kristen Muir had agreed to bring their 14-year-old son Bryson to meet with ISP investigators at the Peru Post. The agreement was to meet at 12:00 p.m. At approximately 11:00 a.m., the Muirs backed out of that arrangement which signaled an unwillingness to cooperate.
This investigation is still ongoing, and ISP still encourages the public to come forward with any information as to the whereabouts of Bryson Muir by calling either the Peru Post at 800-382-0689 or 911.

Investigators from the Indiana State Police have recently been able to communicate with Daniel and Kristen Muir, parents of 14-year-old Bryson Muir, who is still considered missing and endangered.
Today, ISP and Cass County Department of Child Services (DCS) were able to make a site visit at the Muir's residence, located on the property of the Servant Leader’s Foundation in Logansport.
While the Muirs are beginning to show signs of cooperation, Bryson has still not been seen or located by investigators from either ISP or DCS.
This investigation is on-going and investigators are continuing to ask those with any information as to the whereabouts of Bryson Muir to call the ISP Post in Peru at 800-382-0689 or to call 911.
Indiana State Police Seeking Public's Assistance in Locating Endangered Cass County Juvenile
The Indiana State Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Bryson Muir, a 14-year-old male from Logansport who is believed to be endangered. He was last seen on Sunday, June 16, 2024 leaving a family member’s residence in Ohio with his mother, Kristen Muir in a white 2015 Chevrolet Suburban belonging to Servant Leader’s Foundation in Kokomo. Shortly after leaving this residence, this vehicle was pulled over by the Garfield Heights (OH) Police Department, but Bryson was not in the vehicle.
On or about June 18, 2024, investigators with ISP were requested by the Cass County Department of Child Services to investigate allegations of domestic battery to Bryson, which was alleged to have occurred in the child’s home located in the 1700 block of west US Highway 24 in Logansport; property owned by the Servant Leader’s Foundation.
With the assistance of the Cass County Sheriff Department and the Cass County Department of Child Services, ISP has yet to locate Bryson. Additionally, efforts to contact Bryson’s parents, Daniel and Kristen Muir, have been unsuccessful.
