The Evansville Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Phillip Ray Dillon, a 60-year-old white male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, 150pounds, brown hair with blue eyes. Last wearing unknown clothing description.
Phillip is missing from Evansville, Indiana which is 172 miles southwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 4 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
