Indiana State Police Requesting the Public’s Assistance in Identifying Man Seen Near Burglary

Kokomo – Indiana State Police Trooper Steven Glass is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man captured on a video recording near a business that was allegedly burglarized.

On August 14, 2022, Glass initiated a criminal investigation after an employee of Quality Plumbing and Heating in Kokomo reported that at approximately 7:30 p.m., on August 11, 2022, power and plumbing tools had been stolen from a fenced-in area of the business. During the investigation, Glass located a video recording that showed a slender white male with dark hair, dark pants, and dark shoes. He was walking with a light-colored backpack on his back. Glass is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the male who was allegedly in the area at the time of the burglary.

Anyone with information on the identity of the male, in the provided photograph or who has information about the burglary, is asked to contact Indiana State Police Trooper Steven Glass by calling 765-473-6666.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
