Jerry Moog

A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Gary Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jerry Moog, a 60 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 140 pounds, bald/brown hair with brown eyes, last seen wearing gray pants with no shirt and no shoes.

Jerry is missing from Gary, Indiana which is 150 miles northwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 3:15 am.  He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
