Indiana Department of Corrections Fugitive Located in Harrison County

Harrison County-Yesterday in the early morning hours, the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg received an anonymous tip of the whereabouts of Dillon Tyler Lee, 24 years of age, from Corydon, a wanted fugitive wanted by the Indiana Department of Corrections due to an early release error. Troopers along with deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and officers from the Corydon Town Police Department went to an address in Corydon where Dillon Tyler Lee was supposedly staying. When officers arrived they surrounded the home and while attempting to make contact with the residents, Dillon Tyler Lee attempted to climb out of a bedroom window, but saw police and stayed inside. When officers made entry into the home, Dillon Tyler Lee attempted to pull a “Hollywood style stunt,” by attempting to jump through a bedroom window. It did not work, and he was taken into custody. While attempting to jump through the window he cut his arm and a tourniquet had to be applied to stop the bleeding. He was transported to the Harrison County Hospital by the Harrison County E.M.S. After his release from the hospital he was taken into custody and incarcerated at the Harrison County Jail.
